We love giving back to culture
Museums and cultural institutions keep our heritage alive. That is why we offer organisations with ANBI status (the Netherlands) or an equivalent recognition (Belgium) our platform for just €0.10 per ticket sold. Free tickets are free up to 30% of the annual number of tickets sold; above that we charge €0.10 per ticket to keep the platform running. That way more money goes where it belongs: the collection and keeping art and culture accessible.

Do I qualify for the €0.10 cultural rate?
The cultural rate is intended for cultural institutions with ANBI status in the Netherlands, or an equivalent recognition in Belgium (such as a vzw with recognition for donations). Think of museums, theatres, heritage venues and similar organisations. You pay €0.10 per ticket sold. Not sure whether you qualify? Get in touch and we will look into it together.
Why does the cultural rate only apply to recognised cultural institutions?
In the Netherlands we work with ANBI status: an Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (public benefit organisation) devotes almost all of its efforts to the public interest. In Belgium we look at an equivalent recognition, such as a vzw with recognition for donations. It is precisely those organisations that we want to support with our cultural rate. Do you fall outside this? Then you work with our Regular price of €0.40 per ticket sold. Are you dedicated to culture but fall just outside it? Get in touch. We are happy to consider exceptions with you.
What does it cost if I do not have ANBI status or Belgian recognition?
Then you use our Regular price: €0.40 per ticket sold, and free tickets cost €0.10 each. You get exactly the same platform and the same features as with the cultural rate. Only the rate per ticket differs.
Are free tickets really free?
With the Cultural rate, free tickets, such as Museumkaart, complimentary tickets or children, are free up to 30% of the annual number of tickets sold. Above that we charge €0.10 per ticket to keep the platform running. With the Regular price, free tickets cost €0.10 each.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first two months are free: within that period you can still cancel your agreement at no cost. That way you can try the platform at your leisure, set up your first event and discover for yourself how it works.
How long do your agreements run?
We work with two-year agreements as standard. Exceptions are possible on request. Get in touch and we will look at what suits your organisation.
Which payment methods are supported?
We work with all major payment providers, including Mollie, Adyen, Worldline and MultiSafePay. Your visitors can pay with iDEAL | Wero, credit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
Do you charge extra transaction fees?
No. Ticket Atelier does not add any surcharge on top of your rate per ticket. For the payment itself you only pay the processing costs: via our own PSP at competitive rates (iDEAL | Wero and Bancontact from €0.20 per transaction), or via the payment provider you connect yourself.
