Introduction

Ticket Atelier B.V. (‘Ticket Atelier’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we process when you visit our website or contact us, why we do so and what rights you have. We handle your data carefully and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This statement concerns our marketing website. Do we process personal data on behalf of a customer as part of our ticketing platform? Then we do so as a processor, on the basis of a data processing agreement with that customer.

Which data do we process and why?

We only process the personal data required for the purposes below. We do not collect more than necessary.

How do we collect your data?

We almost always receive your data directly from you, for example when you fill in the contact or request form or send us an email. In addition, when you visit our website some technical data is automatically processed that is needed to keep the site secure and working.

With whom do we share your data?

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us deliver the website and our services, and only to the extent necessary. We have concluded data processing agreements with these parties (processors). They include:

  • Hosting and security: for hosting the website and warding off abuse and spam. An IP address may be processed in the process.
  • Email service: for delivering the messages you send via our forms.

Otherwise, we only provide data to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of our service providers are established outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or process data there. In those cases we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, so that your data remains protected there too.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which we collected it, or as long as legally required. We keep requests and contact messages for as long as needed to handle your query and, if a customer relationship arises from it, for the duration of that relationship. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

How do we secure your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorised use, such as encrypted connections (TLS), access restrictions and secured systems. What rights do you have?

Under the GDPR you have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
